Payment Integration and Data Validation for Loyalty Promotion
Creata is for more than 40 years a global brand ideas and activation agency, located in Chicago, USA. The company was in search of an experienced IT expert in the area of eCommerce for one of its customers – a worldwide successful quick service restaurant chain. IXOLIT has implemented the registration process, the subscriber data validation as well as the integration of payment solutions via the IXOPAY Payment Platform.
Payment & Fulfillment System for Ordering, Payment, & Delivery Process
Creata was instructed to integrate a Payment & Fulfillment System into the customers’ existing loyalty platform (point collection system), in order to complete the entire ordering, payment and delivery process quickly and safely. In the course of this promotion participants collected loyalty points when purchasing in a restaurant. Thus, they had a unique opportunity to order a PlayStation 4 at a reduced price. In the background, the Creata Payment & Fulfillment system provided a perfect data check, payment processing, invoice generation and communication with a buyer and a shipping partner. The successful promotion was advertised throughout Austria.
Data Validation & User-Friendly Registration for a Quick Checkout Process
The Payment & Fulfillment System was integrated into the existing loyalty platform by a perfectly tailored API. Our development team created a user-friendly registration that enabled a quick checkout process. The order could be completed on all devices in just a few steps and was available in a design that was visually adapted to the image of the promotion.
IXOLIT processed the data validation and connected perfectly the loyalty platform and Creata’s Payment & Fulfilment System. After checking the user data, a correct order process could be illustrated. IXOLIT also provided the issuing of invoices and made delivery notes including an accurate information exchange with the shipping partner (Maillog GesmbH). This enabled an efficient and fast delivery of the PlayStations.
Integration of Multiple Payment Methods via IXOPAY
The payment process was handled through our Payment Platform IXOPAY. Thus, Creata was able to offer a prompt and secure payment process including a wide range of payment methods to their promotion participants. The “all-in-one solution” for development and payment was particularly seen as positive by Creata.
Upon completion of the technical implementation, all processes were tested and successfully released according to the high IT security standards of the fast-food-company. After several weeks, the promotion was successfully completed in April 2017.
