Feature Alert: Batch Uploads now on IXOPAY!
IXOPAY’s new Batch Upload feature gives our clients the ability to upload numerous transactions to the payment orchestration platform, in one go. This is done via a file upload (.CSV) – which contains all the relevant transaction information – to the platform. Bulk uploads will allow merchants to save time and resources, as they will no longer have to manually enter each individual transaction. Merchants will be able to upload recurring debit as well as preauthorized, refund, and payout transactions.
Once the .CSV file containing all the transactions is uploaded, it is processed and all conversions and/or payments are executed. As soon as all transactions in the file are completed, a results file is created which contains all of the transaction data and its status. Clients are also able to provide a URL when uploading the batch file, if this is done they will receive a notification to the given URL which contains a link. If they go to this link they will be able to download the results file.
The Batch Upload is a great solution for eBusinesses that need to process a large number of payments, in multiple currencies, or those who have recurring invoices and subscription models. The upload is designed for vaulted payment instruments saved within IXOPAY’s PCI-DSS Level 1 and GDPR-compliant Card Vault, as the .CSV file is not a PCI environment.
